Colorado Resort Golf Courses

Colorado offers some of the best mountain views in the country.  There’s no better way to take the spectacular scenery than during a relaxing round of golf in the crystal, clear air of Colorado.  Although the quantity of golf courses in the state is limited, the quality is very good. As Spring and Summer arrive, the courses have started to really come alive with emerald green fairways filled with golfers. The cool mornings gradually warm making a day of golf seem effortless.

The Garden of the Gods Club is an excellent example. Located in the Colorado Springs area, the club offers memberships, residential opportunities, dining, spa, tennis and a lodge with 87 rooms and cottages along with 27 holes of golf.

The well-known Broadmoor is also in the Colorado Springs area with 36 holes of golf at the base of Cheyenne Mountain.  The resort has more than 700 rooms and cottages with 5-star service that is second to none.  Although tee times are available to hotel guests and private members only, the three courses designed by Donald Ross, Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Nicklaus Design offer scenic and challenging play for golfers of all handicaps.
